I think if a team truly has nothing then they should at least be afforded to take an unclaimed team of their choice at no cost.

So is everyone in favor of 2008 EEE for February and getting into the Super Bowl Pool?

I think after team bids for this plus EEE we should be able to get at least 3 entries (9 boxes) and still stay on schedule for our other breaks.

Sounds good to me. Almost a free shot at the pool

2008 EEE works for me, as far as bidding on the extra teams I would prefer it stays with group members only.

I am fine with that too...I think messingaroundok(Orioles owner) has a group break of this for superbowl spots too. So if you got in on that as well and dont get a team you want...you have perfect trade partners in this club!

Ill throw this out to the group...We should decide what, if anything, we will do when a team does not have any hits in a product. Assuming only base cards are received and a large majority of other teams have received HITS in a product, I would vote for the teams with no hits having first rights to "generic" hits (e.g. A&G, etc) in the next product where a non-team hit is produced. Just an idea but we could have that happen.

How about a luxury tax? The team that does the best in the break(gets most BV from their total hits) will give a hit to the last place in BV team? Something to make it more fun...just a thought.

Too funny. If I hit a Jackie Robinson 1/1 Auto JSY Ill be more than happy to donate a few hits from other products to the worst team.

It should even out over time. There really are not that many teams that dont have hits in each product.

So is the consensus to do 2008 EEE for the Super Bowl Promo? Need to decide this before the promo fills up plus the price is better than buying individually anyway.

We would be able to get 3 entries for sure.

I agree with 2008 EEE/SB slots. Are we also in agreement for Heritage in March and Tribute in April as this is what I would like to see happen.

As long as we're at it, i would imagine Bowman will be done in May as well???
