I do feel things like a trade manager and a restriction on sending 1st are very useful and keep people like this at bay to some point.

He told me he "Just didnt like the feel of SCF" which I think applies to the sending 1st until 20 trades. I like it myself. Saves my wallet from those drive by crooks

Sorry to hear about the rip off. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth from an experience like this but you learn from the mistake. You guys helped me out when it happened to me and we got your back here.
