Am I in the wrong

I had a guy buy a Cain Velasquez auto from me and when he had a day or 2 left to file a case, he did saying he didnt get the card. I put the tracking number in the system and messaged him asking him to be honest because the PO said it was dlvd. He sent me a message saying he didnt get it and he was gonna leave me a negative if I didnt give a refund. I told him I put his name on forums I am on to block his name and I escalated the case so ebay could review it because he wouldnt do it. He said hes gonna leave me negative feedback. I would also like to know if he does, how do I have that removed. They had a hold of funds in my account and I couldnt pay for cards I bought. Why do people do that sort of stuff. Im glad I didnt lose the receipt end of the DC#. I posted his name for people to block, this is the first time Ive had something like this happen to me really, Ive had a couple other different scams on me and they worked so I was scared for this one. I thought id lose but I didnt. I wish hed get kicked off ebay for a stunt like this

Sounds like you did the right thing. Next time you have MMA cards for sale/trade, post them here. I'll buy if I have the extra $. LOL

It was my brothers box card too and he doesnt open cards but he liked the UFC and gave it a shot. I thought something was really fishy when he wouldnt escalate to a dispute so I did it. I just feel bad but im happy I didnt lose the DC#. I posted his name in another thread but his ebay ID is

not sure, i finally learned how to block somebody though and he left me a neg. so I need to learn how to get that removed, what a jerk.

the neg should get removed once ebay finds in your favor. he can only get a refund if you go around the system or he needs to send the card back to you w/dc in order to win. the dc shows delivered so I have to think you will win and they will take off the neg. you can contest it as retaliatory. if he goes naru it will be removed also I believe. add his name to our blocked list, there is always room for more!
