Default Question when to call out non paying buyer

Hey guys I have 3 guys right now that aren't paying yet and its been 5 days. I specified 72 hours in the description and gave them a few extra days for the benefit of the doubt. I just sent them all messages and if I don't hear from them I wanna know how long I have to wait before I can file a non payer claim...Any help is appreciated.

4 days for what. 4 days from when the auction ends 4 days from today. How many days total from the day the auction ends? Thanks

you need to set it up where ebay automatically files a NPB on your behalf. it is very easy to do and just state in your auction that ebay will file a npb after "x" days. the person then gets another 4 days to pay (if you set it for 4) so yes 8 total days. I think that is way more than fair enough. Some guys here give forever but then lose out on other sales where they could have gotten more since the product might have been hot at the time. I've had it kick in around 6 or 7 times and only one person never paid, they went naru anyway after that.

Great idea I like that. I will set that up tomorrow. I got lucky and two of the 3 paid tonight after my pm to them. The other still hasnt paid but I sent it late so well see what he does by tomorrow night when I get home from work. I appreciate all the advice.

a LOT of times a simply PM works, usually if it has been a few days it will end up going to a NPB case, I have had almost all of my cases pay, the majority of the time a NPB case gets them to pay. What I do is send them a PM asking for a status on the payment 3 days after auction, then 8 days after auction I open the case.
