If I see someone has claimed and is paying and the OP states card is sold, I wont even bother asking about it. Its hard to know what is pending or gone if the OP doesnt publically state it.
He had multiple threads with the same cards. So the 2nd buyer had no idea about the first.

If he had followed the forum rules, the 2nd buyer would have seen the first.

He could have also done a few other things:

1. He could have posted a deadline or something in the op.
2. He could have asked for payment within a timeframe when he sent his paypal info.
3. He could have told the second buyer that he needed to hear from the first one way or another.

So, if you are in a hurry for the payment, communicate that upfront to your buyer... and do not use multiple threads to sell the same cards.

Finally, if you are called out (right or wrong), keep the immature insults to yourself - just respond calmly.

Who brought him out of hibernation? I even got a PM from him this week and I can't say that I'd seen him mentioned in months.

While I completely agree with your sentiments, stooping to his level of communication probably isn't the most prudent course of action.

He and iluvfish2 are the most active mods.

They don't post much in the public section about mod issues. I can't imagine why.

I claimed and bought a sweet sounding Diamond John Riggins Auto Patch from this seller. Looking forward to getting it in this week.

He collects nonsports. They're a whole separate hobby.

Im totally with you on all point. I was just stressing the point on publically seeing cards pending rather than being kept private to give notice.

I'm sorry about that, I've got a pretty good idea about who it is but I'm still deciding on what to do about it.

you should be able to send a message to him, unless they turned it off.
usually on a suspension, pm's are the only access to the site
