i just got my 3rd damaged card in a row this week that i got off ebay, simply in a toploader and a yellow envelope... and its from 3 different ebayers.... all are auto/jersey cards and the damages are done all to the jersey windows, they were $10-$15 each so shipping back is practically useless. should i leave a negative? or just ask for a refund and be left out on the shipping?

Screw that get a refund. Thats 45 bucks bro. Take the 6 dollar hit for shipping and get some new cards.Try not to complicate it and if they refuse file a case.

if you file an ebay claim with item not as described you won't even have to pay shipping paypal will provide you with a fee shipping label. I'd get your money back.

And if all 3 wound up with the same damage, I doubt 3 different sellers all damaged the cards the same way. The only constant that all 3 went through was his local post office. |
