How safe is to buy on ebay from over seas seller

Hi i was wondering how safe it was to buy from over seas seller

As long as it is thru Ebay, you are covered thru Paypal. But.. if an item takes longer than the time allowed to file a claim, then you might be screwed. Plus if you have to mail something back, you might be spending a few bucks to mail your item back. That is an awful reach though.

Never had a problem buying. Especially on ebay your 100% covered (especailly if you've backed it with a credit card payment).

Make sure and check out their feedback. I have only bought from overseas sellers that have like 20k feedback and have never once had a problem.

You are 100% protected through ebay. Just make sure to file a claim before it's too late if your item is taking forever to get to you. Ebay will side in your favor, and if the item arrives, you can send the money again.

Mostly, I don't have a problem at all. I think I bought a lot from seller outside US. However, I have to return card to seller in Europe once. I did get a refund. (Have to pay EMS to ship the card back from US to Europe too

) PayPal and eBay usually cover u. (In my case, the card has a damage that was not described)

That seller has over 2000 feedbacks with 100% rating.
