Default Ebay Question on Returning Item

Seller offers 7 days Money Back, I need to return the card due to condition. Do I open a case with Paypal? Do I just send it back(with DC#) and he then gives refund and if he does not then I open case and provide return info to paypal. Thanks

First contact the seller with your concern & they should then instruct you.

Agreed. Odds are they'll just want you to send it back without opening a case. Cases opened count against sellers now, even if everything goes exactly as it should with a refund or whatever other arrangements.

Just be sure to use DC and you're good.

Give the seller a chance first. If not, go into the EBAY dispute area and file a not as described case and that will start the process. No need to go into Paypal
