Ok so i opened a couple boxes of 2011 Topps Baseball on release date..sold some to a few members on here and put the rest on Ebay.
I sent all items out the same day, people on here got their cards and left feedback and the majotiy on Ebay got theirs as well. Well i got to check my email and notice i have an alert from Ebay about a customer problem. I check Ebay and i had a dispute open for item not recieved. It read the typical standard dispute: Item not recieved, Seller not has not responded to Buyer, Seller refuses to work things out umm..1 problem..i get the notice of a dispute being filed, when the seller emails me 5 minutes after filing it with "hey just wondering if youve sent the card yet"...that was the FIRST AND ONLY contact he had tried...so how am i suppose to respond to something i have yet recieved, much less try to work anything out? I know it was my fault for not using delivery confirmation..but still..anyone else had this problem/situation before? |

No, not that specific one, but...
...I would just talk to him and see what he wants to do. Unfortunately w/o DC, you are kind of at his mercy. Just talk to him, worst he can do is what he is already doing. Oh, and apologize for something. It disarms people. If he is on the fence, it'll probably make it better, if he is determined to screw you, not much you can do. ...but you can always save the people on the fence.

Gotta talk to him. He may have it and didn't realize cuz he was buying so much. Or maybe it did get lost in the mail. Check his feedback left for others. See what kind of buyer he is. If he's dropping a few negatives, I'd contact eBay. Things don't get lost in the mail. They get damaged, but they don't get lost. But contact him and let him know you shipped on 'X' date and he should have them. Lots of customer service
Hope this helps
