Yes he finally did send the cards I traded for and I signed today.

I got the Paul Hornung auto and 50 Topps 2011 Baseball Codes BUT...................................................................................................ALL THE CODES HAVE ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED.

This is Total BS and I will be filing a police report on Monday Morning for MAIL FRAUD and Theft.

Thats pretty insulting for him to do that. Why even bother sending the Hourning? I think he is gonna pull the old "I sent him the code cards" ploy and act like he did not know they were redeemed. Please believe me when I say I am not laughing at you,but this is pretty funny. This kid sure has balls I will give him that.

I wonder if he was even the one who redeemed them or if he sold those codes to somebody else, emailed that person the codes and then mailed you the physical codes.

Now I get a negative? I have no reason to lie in this matter. Anyone who wants to look at my topps diamond code file will see I have a total of 27 redeemed codes all before I received his bad lot. If they worked Id have 77.

Mods I want my negative removed. I dont know why his ability to leave a negative has not been blocked. WHY..next thing he will probally start making more post. Where is our protection for other members from dealing with this clown.

I think this guy was handled poorly
There needs to be more staff or more defined rules. If an accusation is made, shut down a persons PMs untill the matter is resolved as well as flag their name/title with VIOLATION SUSPICION,DO NOT TRADE TILL CLEAR

Simple warning signs.
We all know people run good lines of BS and such is even easier in text.
I am just sad my friend got ripped off and a staff member in a poor mood attacked Joe,verbally, over the issue

Well, if his PMs are open he can rip people off, like he did while un-banned after being banned, to respond to accusations.

We are a community and with a community comes 1 simple POV in relation to theft. If there is smoke,then odds are there is fire. 6 times, Joe made 7. I think locking up PMs and creating a specific user status where he can only post and view would be a safer way to deal with it.
