I was trying to win a 1 cent auction and finally won one of his - a Terry Glenn 2002 Genuine card. It's been a month with no marked as shipped and no card in my mailbox. I don't really care since it's just a penny, but I checked out his feedback and he has 48 negatives and 4 neutrals over the past month versus 1 negative and 12 neutrals over the 11 months prior. He also hasn't contacted me despite me messaging him 3 or 4 times to see what's up.

Side note: one of the feedbacks mentioned how the guy's family was going through tough times. If so that sucks, and this may just be a temporary screw (especially since he has nothing listed right now). But I'd stay away for a while either way.

for a Penny auction I would just get my money back and call it a day. Anyone with that many negs it wont matter much if you neg him again. just file the paypal claim get your money back and be done with it.
