Default Ebay Tool, block him

He sent me a $35 card with no top loader. I left him a negative, he asked me to revise it. His reason he didn't send in a top loader was cause i didn't pay for a top loader, i only paid for the card hahaha. I paid $3 for shipping.

I'm afraid to guess what he would have charged for a toploader!
First time I've heard that excuse.

Nah not a chance, i'm a hard ass with ebay sellers. Best i would have done was switch to neutral but when he told me that was the reason, that was it.

What an ass. $3.00 for shipping, but no toploader. That seller deserves the negative!

That is absurd that the seller sent it like that...you paid $30 for that card! As a seller, I'd ship a $0.01 card in a toploader!

Was the card damaged?

Surprisingly, no, the card was not damaged. Don't know how it wasn't. It was in a bigger bubble mailer too.
