Is this auction misleading???

Just had to ask for some opinions. It was a BIN/BO for $29 and we haggled it down to $22 and as soon as I accepted his counter offer he messages me stating that he just noticed that the HALL BOUND card is not a refractor. I messaged him back that he is correct and if that was a problem, I would work with him. I'm only worried because I checked his "feedback left for others" and noticed that he has left alot of negatives. Here is the ended auction, and please give your honest opinion, I promise I won't cry!

Just got another message and he is asking if I have the refractor and that he only bid because he thought that card was a refractor.

I don't think so. Your description says that they will get 8 inserts and 7 of them are refractors. It sounds like he had prior engagements when purchasing the lot.

Thanks Zerokruel, he just messaged me again and said he will pay and admits that is was a lesson learned on his part. I still offered to "mutually cancel the auction" if he wants. I just noticed that he has dropped a few negs and hope I've done enough damage control.

Nothing wrong with your auction at all. You clearly stated the Hall Bound was die-cut and the other cards are refractors.
