Default Ughhh .. Ebay items ...

I bought a lot of stuff on the 2nd of june. There was free shipping and i won the item . Anyways the seller shipped the item on the 10th , and he jammed 4 cards ( 1 was a helmet auto from prestige and the other was a gu auto from lrs along with 2 base rc autos ) in a 2 soft sleeves in a plain white envelope. The 2 main hits had major creases on them in multiple spots. Contacted the seller and he stated something to the fact that he does not accept returns however he will refund my money but i have to pay to send them back and send first ... Opened a case , then he said he would pay my shipping and refund me if i shipped them back . Is this what i should do ?

I would tell him to refund you first, and then you will ship him back the cards.

If what you are saying is how it went down with the soft sleeves and PWE, he's a careless seller and doesn't deserve any special treatment, in my opinion. You are in total control with ebay buyer protection.

I believe the Paypal process requires you to ship the item back and upon receipt you are refunded.

If so, he should send them back in a PWE with just one stamp, or does he have to prove the item was returned with delivery confirmation?

This is correct. You'll need to ship them back with DC so you can proove they were returned.

Cards were shipped 4-17 & Received 4-20

Contacted member and they refunded me my full amount + 3.00 for shipping.


What feedback should i leave ? I was pretty P/O'd about how they were shipped and how i had to wait to get the cards and it took 8 days to ship, etc but what do you guys think?

He refunded you and you received the cards. Nothing less than a positive is deserved. Though I would ding his DSR's.

You can't ding shipping charges on DSR's bc it was free, it won't let you.

I can ding other ones though. Just a thought. Ill probably leave 3 stars on each and positive , it was just a hassle thats why i considered other options.

Really? Shipping 4 cards that end up damaged, 2 of them oversized GU, in PWE deserves a positive?

Deserves a neutral at worst. Negative feedback should be reserved for scammers and thoroughly dishonest/difficult people.

Ahhh I see your point. But here's mine: the buyer isn't out any money, and the seller wasn't a jerk about it. If I had to leave feedback it would read:

Cards damaged, full refund given. 1 star DSRs for seller sending in a PWE
