Block this ebayer!!!

I recently listed a 2008 SPA Jerryd Bayless Auto patch on ebay and the ebayer with the username dfly1515 bid the item up to $61.00 and then decided to retract his bid for the reason "entering wrong amount". Thought this was kinda odd considering he has been high bidder for 3+ days now. This is a crock of s**it. I contacted ebay over the situation and reported this and they saidthis is illegal what he is doing. They say he will more than likely be handed a 14 day suspension. Nonetheless block this jacka**.
