That is how the site works. The seller (A) sends his cards to COMC and they scan and price each one to the current beckett pricings. Buyer searches cards and picks seller (A) card to buy. He pays for the card/COMC shipping rates and COMC does the shipping. They are basiclly a third party involved to cancel out scammers. Now I have had cards on there that I either sold or was involved in a trade on the boards. I simply had COMC ship the cards to my desire location and I paid for the shipping from my account.

I can honestly say that i purchased my card after i saw it on his COMC and it no longer is there... so maybe it has shipped from them. How long do they take to ship something?

But the fact he doesnt reply to my email or pm bothers me.

I requested a shipment from COMC on 11/22, and have yet to recieve it. It shipped out the 25th, so it's not that they are behind. Should hopefully be here tomorrow. Normally doesn't take them too long to ship, but with the holidays, it might.

Why didn't you just make the offer on COMC and purchase it there? That would have guaranteed the delivery.

well good question jim and the best answer i can offer is that i purchased the base bc auto fielder here and then asked if he had any more and he said he had the blue and said the scan was on his COMC account so i asked how much and purchased it with the base I had already purchased.

Just wanted to update here, still no card and still no communication at all from him. Wont even respond to paypal. If the card doesnt show by Friday I think ill leave the negative.

Sorry to hear all this guys. Guess I was the lucky one this time. Got both my cards from him ($70). Both were on his COMC port. Thats where they shipped from, also. Gunshow----that the card is no longer posted there is probably a good sign, they're slow to ship sometimes. Everyone should be fine----if paying by "GOODS". Good Luck and hope all turns out well.

always goods for reasons like this. im glad you got your stuff. do you know if the rodgers topps rc bgs 9.5 is in the port there still or not? i still dont think ill get the card but would be great if i could so i could close the dispute, i just want the card.

All cards are on hand at COMC. COMC ships.


Here's the short version:
To sell on COMC, you need to send them your cards. They then scan them, list them, and store them on site. When you buy from COMC, they ship the cards directly to you (or store them for you until you resell them or get them shipped).

Hey can anyone help on this, I am not too familiar with the claims process as i rarely get ripped off.

Since he put that DC# in that just says electronic info received and so on but doesnt say its actually in transit anywhere, paypal is putting this message up in the claim..

Status

Information provided by the shipping company shows that the item is still in transit. Once the package is delivered, we will review this case and make a decision.

At what point does paypal take action???

still no cards on my end. pp claim was filed and he never responded to them. he did send me the spill about "issues" and said my cards were mailed out last saturday... never sent the DC I asked for nor did my cards show up

He is running a 50% off sale currently, so it looks like he found the extra time to sit down and post an ad. I did not see a Rodgers Rc 9.5 in the port as of last night.

No cards. PP Claim. Refund given today. Negative feedback left for poor communication and not complying with the deal. Sucks cause I really wanted those dang Fielders but oh well.
