Default Need some help here..

This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

I recently sold a card to a member on here. He paid gift and sent me his address through PM. It was about a 20 minute drive away from me, so I was thinking it'd get to him in a day or two. Not the case. The card I sent is in NC according to the DC number I have (Buyer and I are from IL). Has this happened to anyone, and how would you go about fixing this? I just saw this now, and need some help. Please post some opinions below.

How long has it been in the other state? Sometimes I have had cards go odd places and then eventually end up where they belong.

It shipped on the 28th, and on the 30th it got to Charlotte, NC. It says it was supposed to be DLVD by the 29th.

I sent a card from Kentucky to Washington state that made a side trip to the North Pole...in June.

This has happened alot recently. Even with my priority items they have been mis-sorted and in states nowhere close to where they should be. I spoke with their consumer affairs department and they laugh it off and once said "looks like your package took a vacation". Its only going to get worse as more stations are closed.
