UPDATE

Received my refund for the remaining $300. So I received all of my money back.

I have no idea why people try to scam using Paypal, if nothing is sent the Buyer automatically gets refunded. If junk is sent, Buyer just sends it back with tracking & they automatically get a refund. It's a lose/lose situation for somebody trying to pull a scam.

You guys over think #@#@#@#@ to the nth.

A. I have yet to see a single Sports card dealer who intimidated me to the point that I would fear a threat to "Drive to my house" without laughing my ass off. I assume anyone who makes such threats on the internet is rage venting, it is laughable.
I like you Tyler,but really :P
B. He offered to mail it evidently, all you have to do is file a fraud claim online with the USPS,supply the info and they will do all of the work for you. They will also not back off once he has paid. They will prosecute for felony mail fraud even if you do work things out.
The local police are limited to what they WILL do,regardless of lip service on a phone call from some random Joe Hundreds or more miles away.

This
https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/f...complaint.aspx
Goes as far as it can, regardless of any phone call to the police.
As long as he says/said he will MAIL it, you are covered and he is raped.
