This wasn't created to start trouble. If you're a buddy of his, great. Tell him to get off his ass and send my iPad. If you've had bad deals with him in the past, don't make this a dogpile member-bashing thread. Like Joe Friday says, "Just the facts ma'am, just the facts". <--To hell with that. This guy's a piece of #@#@#@#@.

Long story short, I agreed to buy an iPad 2 32GB from him on 11/22 (I paid that afternoon)

I've opened a Paypal claim today, and will escalate as soon as possible.

I didn't hear from him until I PM'd him twice (1 friendly one over the Thanksgiving holiday, and another after). His father-in-law apparently had some medical emergencies or whatever. Fine. I can't prove otherwise, so just send my iPad. More days pass, I bug him via PM again. Oh, it's shipping soon. Mmmmmhmmmm. Anyway, a DC showing priority mail shipping was posted on 12/5 and it still isn't here. Nothing has updated in the DC either.

Below is the majority of the messages between us. Here is the bum DC I got. I know as well as any of you that weird things happen with the mail, especially over the holidays. This is not one of those occurrences.

That would be fantastic if we can finally rid ourselves of this piece of trash. He gets banned, comes back, and gets banned again. Dynamic IP's and new emails make it hard for us to keep him gone, which sucks. Good luck with this, hope he gets locked up for all the crap he has pulled.

Otherwise its theft with major fines this is an open and shut case which cops love esp since I have his bank info.

Great ideal!!! problem is he most likely does not work as he is to busy trolling the forums scamming people since 2009!! sites like blowout,scf,trader retreat,beckett,ect..

LOVE the fact you are going there. I'm sure others will condemn your actions and call you foolish for doing this...but honestly, If I weren't traveling for work, I'd buy a ticket and join you. It's amazing in this day and age what an in-person visit can do for internet scammers and tough guys.

And even though it may cost you more than you're owed for the ticket...I live my life by a thing called "principle"..as I can see you do as well.
