I was able to watch his latest auction, and he had someone bidding very high and he bumped them off with 6 seconds left saying their feedback was too low. It seems he is wise to people trying to win his auction for outrageous amounts. I fear for his feedback, it's about to be trampled methinks, or he'll start listing with a new account since it would appear the natives are restless and circling around him as we type.

P.S. Yes, I have no life. Sitting here watching auctions I'm not bidding on. I was just curious and thought I'd share what I saw.

Another video to watch regarding PayPal claims and this guy.

There are some pretty hateful people leaving comments on his Youtube page. Wow! Some of those guys could get into just as much trouble, if not more, as Melbourne if they threaten death to him like they are.

I did 5 group breaks with melbournecowboys and completely trusted him. I know the video evidence is very tough to dispute but in my 5 breaks, I got a Joe Flacco NT 4 color patch auto /99 and a Matt Ryan NT sweet patch auto /25. So, IF he was scamming people, he was only doing it with the super super high end cards. He was always extremely kind and respectful of everyone and all of this has come by complete shock to me. Its still hard for me to believe and I feel very sorry for him and his family. They are receiving death threats and thousands of dollars in debt now from paypal claims. People have also started notifying his workplace over the internet.

Now, he probably deserves some of that if he did actually scam people but like I said, its tough for me to believe since I got such great cards from his breaks.

My guess is that your NT cards were during a period where he was still being somewhat honest.

With Exquisite, if I took an educated guess, I'd say he was losing his shirt on not getting hits on his own group breaks, saw an opening with folks being shorted cards with UD high end products, and ran with keeping the redemptions and such. Just sad. Desperate people turn to drastic methods.

I bet your right. After seeing some new vids and comments on youtube today, I am completely convinced now. It looks like he has been sending people empty packages and packages with a few base cards in them just so he can get delivery confirmation to try and clear the paypal claims. Quite unbelievable really. Very disappointing that there are people like this out there.

Wow. The guy just keeps digging himself in deeper and deeper. I wonder if you will see anything about him and what happens to him in Beckett or any other sports card magazines?

According to the comments in this guys video, Paypal is siding with the scammer on these breaks.

Paypal may be right now but this will most likely get escalated to a legal situation and Melbourne is going to have a tough time coming up with a defense. Using the post system to continue the fraud was dumb dumb dumb.
