Another ebay jerk off to block

Why do I get ebay a-holes all the time? Is there a way to block buyers who have left negatives and neutrals to others?

This guy bought a transformers toy off of me. It was packed securely and everything attached.

He leaves me a negative a week after delivery saying "Head was off from body".
I email him and asked him to elaborate and asked to work something out. He said to me, "Head was detached". Put the freaking head back then if it magically detached, its a toy for crying out loud they snap together. He will not respond to me now.

Idc if anyone doesnt care about my story, but if you use ebay you should atleast block these bad apples and save yourself a negative or neutral.

Hmm, will do. Does this include someone buying a bunch of items from me, and leaving me a low star for each item? Because someone left me 6, 2 star ratings on shipping time. So now it shows 6 out of 36 stars were 2 stars, which greatly affects it. I don't see why eBay would even allow it.

It is probably worth calling Ebay about. Especially if you hqve dc showing when it was shipped.

I would report it either way. If a buyer is making a habit out of dinging stars they can get a policy violation. Problem is most sellers wouldn't report it.

The worse that could happen is they say tough sh!t, but atleast it is on file.
