The bill for my lawyers fees at the rate of 1250$ an hour would shut him the #@#@#@#@ up.
He would be shitting bricks for a 7$ item.
Then I would PRAY he tried to take it to court!

I will do even better I work for a company who haandles an nfl licensed product and we talk with fat head guys all the time. I actually get free fat heads

I will call in a favor to my friend to see if he can get their legal department on that guys ebay to see if its counterfeit and if they can do anything

I can tell you, what i got from the guy was 100% legit...I don't think they are fake at all...they may be damaged because for some reason everything that was around the player cut out was missing...it was just a white sheet with the player on it. The back was the regular FatHead printing though, so I don't think they are fake.

The guy is just a jerk...that's the problem.

Personally I would have called his bluff and said take me to court and if he had counter sued for defamation of character and turned his 7 dollar profit into a 1000 loss. Nothing like sticking it to someone where it hurts
