used to be more involved

work a bit less now

worked in atco and philly for a while with my partner/buddy christopher lynch

now mostly do office work and a little bit of street patrol in nj

I feel for you, too. This is blatant defamation of character, with him utilizing your ebay account as 'leverage' to gain trust to con people. I'd be pissed as hell.

Really hope at least one of you decides to take the formal judicial route, as this guy clearly has a long documented history of criminal activity and won't stop until he's brought to justice.

Even if all of you end up having your cards shipped back to you by this guy (which is 99.9% improbable), just think about all the future people he will con on this and other boards if he's not stopped now.

guys just looked at the tracking number for my package I may have got lucky they tried to deliver but a noticed was left so it did not get delivered I havent been contacted from my post office where I filled the recalled form out but I will have to contact thim I guess also it says if not claimed within 15 days it is return to sender!

Says he wants to clear everything up and send your stuff back; i dont know the validity of these statements, as I dont even know if Im getting my griffey back, but its at least worth a shot

Everyone on here needs to think logically.

What good is it if I drive to his house as a first option and kick his ass? I get my 120 dollar card back but then arrested for assault.

Try to resolve things as peacefully and conveniently at first.

My plan has been the same as it always was

Like I said

I'll give it until Monday to get my card
Then I'll take a drive down to him to personally get my card.
Then well have a court case
Once the civil suit is over, which I will no doubt win, legal action can actually take place

If I do end up gettin my card back Monday well move our separate ways - which I think is the smarter option for him

Unlike you people who think your so tough on the Internet, I have an actual plan to get my card back
