Initial issues
Allowing a connect with facebook is bad due to the sheer number of lemmings that allow their account to be compromised on FB

2nd,personal ID code of 4 numbers through the web is not too secure VS 8+

Second
i am not giving my SS# to ANYONE who is not a federal entity, period.
Their security looks to be similar to what is used to prevent logging on Asian video games.

I think I will wait and see if they get hacked or worse over the next few months before jumping in the pool

I found a BETTER option to ebay,but while people piss and moan, about 6 people actually tried it
bidstart exceeds ebay on MANY levels,but it does not have the traffic and few of us were willing to try it

I emailed Dwolla and told them they were asking too much by requesting a SS# or a Drivers license when states,such as the one where my ID was issued,also still have the SS# on them.

I just blew them off.Too many people here use ebay and splitting funds and access between 2 companies is silly. Since Dwolla will never get set up as an ebay payment method and since there is no clear substitute for ebay,Paypal is their evil beast and one we must still endure.

I sent a payment through Dwolla and haven't had any issue yet. It's just gonna take some time and commitment but I have a better view of the future than Gibberish does

It's not a view of the future,it's a fact of the now.
Ebay only accepts paypal
COMC has payment options for CC or paypal.
No one has Dwolla options that would benefit "we" the card buyers and sellers at this time. Sure some members may take it ,but in the short of it,that does little to no good
Don't get me wrong, I am all for a competitive alternative.,but that's not happening anytime soon
