Default Question on Guys who Don't Pay

I have had a rash of people committing to buy items and then not paying after sending at least 2 PMs with paypal information in the PM. I am just wondering what other people do in this situation. One of them has been banned, but there are still 4 others who have ignored in the past month.

It sure seems like 2012 might be the year of the scammer, reneger, etc. I am also not sure reneger is a word, but SpellCheck says it is. What an effin cluster this place has become in the past few weeks.

Unless they paid I would say to make it easy just move on.

Worst cases maybe a neutral for not following through with it, but only in the most extreme situations, & even that I have never done.

I would want to ask a mod when they think a Neutral is actually appropriate. I believe a non paying buyer should be the same here as it is on ebay. Would separate the men from the boys for sure.

I just think that too many people use the forum too loosely in the sense that since it's not ebay they don't have to worry.

I just don't hassle with it though & keep it pushin. JMHO

this has happened to me twice lately. Both times, I just let it go, but if I see them interested in buying something in a thread I am looking in, normally I will let the seller know

I've left neutrals for people that have backed out of group break spots with zero communication. I'd say a neutral for non-payment with no communication is very fair.

I would agree with this. If they didn't communicate it to you & just ignored you then I believe it would be warranted & I would probably give them a few days just in case to make sure that something didn't come up.

Yeah, I'm talking about the guys who straight up ignored me and had 2+ months notice of the payment deadline.
