If blowout wants to ban me for refunding a payment 100% on something within 12 hours then that's what has to be but the only thing I took from Guru was his time yesterday in the dealing process.

This is all I am going to say on this matter and I'm getting off for the night and not going to argue with anyone for hours on end. Good night all
Disgraceful...you should be ashamed.

Why not ask yourself, "What would my superiors think of my actions?", and see if you can legitimately show yourself in this forum again.

You have a disgusting lack of honor. Whoever trained you in the military failed miserably. I hope they learn of your actions.

What level of crime did Army commit when he broke the contract to sell the card to Guru? Does the dollar value have any bearing?

He could have answered a male escort wanted ad on Craiglist if he really needed that extra $150. It would have been better for his reputation if nothing else.

Ebays fees dont exceed $50 so in the end he netted $100 more which im willing to bet Guru would have gladly paid to add such a card to his PC. What a doushe and im glad all the BO members have finally seen what we seen last year on another site.

Just dont see how anywhere close to $100 would be worth this to someone. The Army failed this miserable loser.

That would be a great outcome.

Just think if Nick was the one who bid on it never to pay. then once reposted Nick got it for $200 since none of us would ever bid on a card that puke owns.

You guys, Im not trying to stick up for Army, but for christs sake - its a piece of cardboard

were not talking about a guy stealing someones card, or money, or sending a fake card....or any of that degree

Were talking about someone having sellers remorse, and acting like a douche bag

The world isn't fair, and people are greedy - if he wants to take a better offer after accepting an offer, so be it - the worst we can call it is unethical

he didnt steal or act fraudulent....move on, the world isn't fair, and unless army didnt refund guru than really the issue is over.

I really like how you group the blowout forums with the armed forces and America. It truely does fit right in haha.

But seriously, this is something a 3rd grader would do. Just remember what goes around comes around. For both Alex and Guru. The world finds a way to balance things out eventually.

I cant say I agree with one thing you have said. It says alot about a member to actually take the money and then refund it. A step way across the line. Wasnt Army booted out of another forum and then tried sneaking back on? I thought I had seen a youtube video about it.

Wow, just wow.

Normally I'm just a spectator to these kind of goings on but this is just so indefensible. 12 hours means nothing, once you agree to a transaction and the other person fulfills his end by sending payment the transaction is a done deal unless both parties agree to alter the terms or cancel the transaction, it doesn't matter if it's 12 hours or 12 minutes.

I hope the extra money was worth ruining a reputation over, I don't see many honest members doing any buying, selling or trading with someone who openly does something like this.

Just sad really.

Hahahahahahahaha.........An agreement was made. Guru fulfilled his end of the bargain. The card was then his. In essence, how I look at it, armyatc22 stole Guru's card but decided to underpay him for it by issuing a refund that was not agreed upon or wanted.

It's called HONOR! If you don't understand, I won't be dealing with you either.
