Sold an Andre Johnson auto/jsy and buyer says it's damaged/doesn't want it. I send reply and immediately offer full refund, no questions asked, as always. I stand behind all sales 100%.
Completed refund same afternoon upon arrival of the returned card and got the negative today for offering perfect customer service.
Save yourself the trouble.
Make sure you put a rebuttal on the feedback. Don't reply negatively just stat that you gave a full refund and provided great customer service.
