Default Block this eBay idiot

Just got this message from a buyer...really?

I am not happy. You mis-represented this Yogi card. AS PER YOUR DESCRIPTION: "You are bidding on a 2002 Sp Legendary Cuts game-used jersey card of Yogi Berra!" ---- It says on the back that it's a piece of his PANTS and NOT A JERSEY. Why would I want to own a piece of some guy's pants??? EWWWWW! ---- I do not want this card. I would not have bought if if I knew it was a pants card and not a jersey card. I will return this card to you. You have over 2,000 feedbacks. It's a bit fishy that you sell these types of cards and didn't read what it says on the back???? I will send you back the card and appreciate a refund. I'll keep an eye out for your reply. I emailed you a scan of the back side of this card so you can see that it says PANTS. --- Thanks and God Bless!

one thing I have learned is that you will never understand what goes through the minds of the majority of people out there.

Playing devils advocate, if it was listed as a jersey and the card was in fact pants, the guy has a case. Of course he didnt have to blow it out of proportion. Unless Im missing something else?

I'm obviously refunding the money...its the way they blew it out of proportion. They would have a case regardless. This is eBay we are talking about and I'm the seller...

A simple refund request does much more than being over-dramatic whilst calling my reputation into question.

Also, if you note on the top of the card... it most definitely says

"GAME JERSEY"

The word "JERSEY" refers to the material not necessarily the part of the uniform...

Quote:
DICTIONARY
jersey
clothing material: a knitted fabric, usually made with a plain or stocking stitch. Use: clothing.
not necessarily indicative of which part of the uniform take me to court with you. im not a lawyer but i did buy stuff from a Canadian last night on the Blowout forum

haha, I try (when possible) to jack up the prices of my fixed price auctions when they are about to end with no sale so I don't #@#@#@#@ on the market when people go to search completed auctions and see that a David Wright dual jsy didn't sell for $9.95 or best offer.

Pricing in the card market is highly dependent on eBay completed listings, I dont want some jackass low-balling me while using my auction as proof I can't sell the card
