Default Calling out brockw82!!!

I paid this guy $45 for an autographed Fisk baseball 2 weeks ago. A week goes by and nothing! I contact him and he replies "sorry" and sends me a DC number that never makes it to the mail. I again contact him and nothing! No reply, no baseball, no $45

brockw45- paypal is being contacted and you are not to be trusted!!!

Got a pm earlier today from another user with the same issue. I am putting a suspension on his account and will try to get a hold of him to figure out wtf is going on.

I had an issue as well, but he made it right. The kid goes to school so I imagine he gets side tracked a bit.

He did take a bit (roughly 3 weeks to a month in total), but the important thing is he owned up to it so I guess this should serve as me saying the kid will make it right if my deal with him was any indication.

Sorry about your deal, and I hope it works out for you. Im sure he will make it work.

I'm the other one having issues w brock. Paid for a card 2 weeks ago, no DC, no replies to PMs until just now.

He contacted me and said he was sorry for the delay and he sent out my card this past monday. While I'm not convinced that's true, after reading bboi30's post I do think brock will eventually make it right.

As of right now I don't feel it's malicious intent just poor service. To his credit he did at least offer me a refund on shipping but I don't care about that, B. I just want my card, brotha!

I should also note that he actually sent mine with a bunch of stamps (NO DC) so I would venture to say he did the same with the other packages as well.

I gave him advice about shipping tips and protection methods so that hopefully in the future he won't have these issues.

I also told him to use paypal shipping as he used the same amount of stamps as it would have cost him to go that way. Hope he heeds the advice.

I'm guessing you are right about the stamps and DC. I'll post the postmark date once, er, if I get the card to see when it was sent.

Funny this came up--I just happened to PM today about a package I've been expecting as well. He took responsibility for the screw-up in his PM to me, so that was a point in his favor. I look forward to getting the cards and I'll confirm here when that happens.

I asked for a refund and he refused. The DC# shows a label being made but other than that it does not show anything.

I may be a hard ars here but a deal is a deal and as we all know there are way too many jokers in this business/hobby. I broke my own rule about buying autographed items on-line and I got burned.

My big issue is that I can't even trust the autograph. If he lied to me about shipping he sure will lie about an autograph.

Here's a good rule- "If it happens once it will never happen again but if it happens a second time it will surely happen a third"

Hey, got my card today. Bubble mailer sent w stamps, no DC and no postmark so I have no clue as to when they were truly sent, but the important thing is it's here.

Good luck to the rest of you guys, but my guess is you'll be receiving your packages shortly.

Got the ball today which was in a cube that was thrown in a bubble wrap envelope. No bubble wrap around the cube and no protection for the ball in the cube which ended up with the sig resting against the holder

Not happy with the deal and very unhappy with the shipping. Come on guy!!! You didn't send my ball until I had to post this thread, then you lie about shipping and then you don't even take the time to ship the ball correctly.

Never again, never again!!!
