Default Block this ebay scammer

Hey all

Recently had a chargeback on a purchase from 2/5/12 from member

hartwellsportscards1

i have spoken to four other sellers that this happened to.

called ebay and they won't do crap. as of today he is still not banned and made a purchase yesterday. all four other sellers contacted ebay as well and we all referenced each other and that this guy is a scammer. had four sellers with close to 10,000 total 100% positive feedback telling them and they still wouldn't do crap.

he also has an address he is no longer at and just showed forwarded for the last 8 days. paypal will not protect me against this scammer unless it shows delivered. today it was delivered to the forwarded address so i will be covered.

wasn't for very much $ for me but the others got hit a little

I don't know if you frequent the ebay forums at all, but recently there was a member who was nearly scammed out of a $700 gold watch. He contacted a few other sellers who apparently had the same or similar issues with the buyer. Together they filed reports of mail fraud and the buyer is currently being indicted on federal charges. If you would like, I can pm the members name to you for more info on how to proceed if necessary.
