cardshark1624: I bought a item two months ago, no card and ZERO communication with the seller, thankfully I filed a case with eBay and I received a refund.

How could you file a case after 2 months? Isn't the time period 45 days? After that you can't file? Or is that just for Paypal?

I filed the case a few weeks ago, I decided to escalate the case to CS last night. they ruled in my favor and I received a refund..
