eBay/PayPal Question

Here's the situation :

I sold a card on 2/12/12. The buyer paid & I shipped on 2/13 using PayPal shipping to the buyers confirmed address. The card shows delivered on 2/16 (tracking below). Buyer claims non receipt. Will I lose if he files a claim ?

I would just add...

If the card is under $250, then you will win the claim.

If the card is $250 or more, you will only win the claim if you used Signature Confirmation. On a $250+ item, you will lose the claim if you don't have Sig Conf, even if Delivery conf shows it was delivered.

you win but the address must be a confirmed paypal address. you would likely get a warning before printing the label so you should have no issues here.

Could you post the Buyers Ebay name so I can block them.

You will win, but buyer will be able to leave whatever feedback he wants. I would suggest to remain polite and assure him you are checking with the po and ask him to do the same.

I have had it happen a handfull of times where a card shows delivered, but actually arrives up to a week later.
