Surprisingly, he knew he was sending first. My thought was that he probably was hoping that w/all these deals he had, someone was bound to not wait for his end first and will just send it out regardless.

Another point to make is that SMASHDASH and I agreed on Thurs/Friday. I attempted to contact him again on Friday but did not get a response until Monday. Now, I tried again to contact him TODAY but I guess the mods have already banned the guy since my PM can't go through.

With all these members with commons as their delivery...I officially label this guy a SCAMMER.
