So to the original topic... Coltsfan is only offering the $200 still and wont pay in full for cards he received? Also he has lied saying he just received the package when in fact the tracking shows he received in late January? To the OP: Has coltsfan been contacting you trying to fix this?

If you're basing your decision on what to do off of principle, then you should fight for all the money

But if you're basing your decision on purely not getting screwed, you should take the 200 dollars.

you're case is well enough put together that everyone on here knows he's a scammer, and won't deal with him. so i say get whatever you can.

Its unfortunate but this has become the way of this hobby. Its like we have to settle on 75% or so because we know we wont get the whole thing. An example needs to be made for these types who always want a partial refund for whatever it may be. Coltsfan felt he was due a refund for 3 different reasons. Considering the fact most were lies and he still has cards he never paid for and tried to say he never got he should be banned. This is the last thing any of us need. Armyatc essentially screws a member out of a ton of money and gets away with it. This guy is attempting the same on a lesser amount but the point is still the same. When will the example be made? What is there to discourage someone from doing these actions ASIDE from being bashed in a thread? Lets face it, Armyatc was bashed in a thread and obviously doesnt care to still show himself and taunt others. There is no shame..

100% agreed - and it all comes down to the fact that paypal, and ebay for that matter, is all for the buyer and doesn't give 2 shits about the seller. Not only that, but people like this who pull that crap should be banned immediately on the board. Why Army wasn't bewilders me.

Thanks man. As Update 2 suggest, coltsfan23 is probably using his family member's (Mum's i guess) PayPal to pay for his stuff to be delivered to where he is staying now, which explains why there are different address for the same PayPal Account.

You're the man! I didn't know USPS provides a much detailed tracking info as compared to my local Post Office. Oh well.

Well, I'm working with USPS with regards to the actual delivery date now that someone from USPS finally referred me to a case specialist. But as mentioned earlier, the last status of this package was "arrival at unit" on 23rd January so...

Actually to add on, I notice that the Gold Standard rookie card is nowhere to be found. Was it sold? If so, the package wouldn't have been just delivered a day before, right?

Yes, coltsfan23 contacted me, we're working on it right now. As for the amount due, i asked for $240 gift since the package was delivered. It will save him $9 (after deducting fees) and I will receive more.

Glad you're working through this amicably (seems pretty amicable anyway for such a high dollar deal!). Hopefully you'll get your $240!

Although running away from a rogue group of MW3ers all the way to Canada could be realistic.
