Well, I'm working with USPS with regards to the actual delivery date now that someone from USPS finally referred me to a case specialist. But as mentioned earlier, the last status of this package was "arrival at unit" on 23rd January so...

Actually to add on, I notice that the Gold Standard rookie card is nowhere to be found. Was it sold? If so, the package wouldn't have been just delivered a day before, right?

Yes, coltsfan23 contacted me, we're working on it right now. As for the amount due, i asked for $240 gift since the package was delivered. It will save him $9 (after deducting fees) and I will receive more.

Why do people have to wait until threads like this are made before they try to make things right?

Since we're on the subject here . . . I just have a rather funny story to share.

I don't know how old Ankesh is, but he's been sporting that beard for a while now. Gotta be at least 15 or 16, if not older. Saw him at the National this past August in Chicago. Came by my table trying to sell me stuff. Told him that if he wanted to sell at his exorbitant rates, he should lay down the cash for a table and set up himself. To which he replied, "I'm not a dealer. I sell lower than eBay."

What makes it funny is that he's about 4 foot and change, maybe 100 lbs, though I wouldn't bet on it. Dude is just TINY. His brother is even smaller. He was walking around trying to pull the "I'm a little kid" routine with the people set up.

I didn't want to respond to personal attacks, but this is not even close. Don't even try to misrepresent the truth! Idol has dealt with me in person at the National and we completed a $1000+ deal. I'm sure he'll agree that this is an utter lie. I actually sold all of the inventory I brought (thousands of dollars worth) and the last thing I ever did was bring up my height.

As an update, I have sent ckeer the full amount back for the transaction. I do apologize if it appeared that it had looked like I was trying to pull a fast one; this was never my intention and I would have absolutely no reason to do this. I do hold to the statement that I just very recently received the package, but I understand that this is clearly not the fault of the seller.

I notice that you have not uploaded a Gold Standard Rookie Card from the package so if you were to just receive the package, you would have all 16 cards available. The serial number for this Gold Standard card is 197/299 so please provide a scan of the back of the card to further strengthen your claim that the mail was just recently received.

3. Had I not make this case public, I would be $50 lesser than what we originally agreed on because I am "underserving of full amount" , "cards came with damage" & "took a long time to reach".

I do not put blame solely on miscommunication. I contacted you not once but a couple of times in between the closure of claims till just before you post the picture up on photobucket but receive no communication back at all. That is not miscommunication, it's no communication.

I guess public pressure + mod's intervention save the day. Whatever happened to that "I will send you $200 gift for what I owe you. A couple of the cards came damaged anyways. Take it or leave it; not going to spend $20 to send back a lot of cards that I waited months to receive."

Again, I had just the received the package the day before. Yes, I should have contacted you immediately after receiving the package, but I was going to do it very soon after.

Thanks! You bet I was! After tracking him for so long and getting pushed aside everytime i tried seeking a response from the buyer is an awful experience. I'm glad i didn't give up the chase. You won't believe how delighted I was yesterday when his photobucket link loads up with content images from the missing package.

Well, coltsfan23 insisted it was recently delivered and my Post Office did not update the status in its website. However, as I've mentioned earlier, only 15 out of the 16 cards are in his bucket, the last piece is the Gold Standard Rookie Card which I will get him to scan to further stregthen his case. Otherwise my theory would be the Gold Standard card is long sold, thus proving that the package was received months ago.

Sorry I launched that claim....it was close to the deadline and I was scammed before but you came throguh....postal services not so much!
