Default zachlevy - Paypal dispute opened against him last night
I have opened a paypal dispute against zachlevy yesterday. The item I purchased from him on April 4th has not been received. He has told me that this was shipped but provided no delivery confirmation number or proof of shipping and it's going on three weeks. I PM'd him about this yesterday and told him if I didn't get a response in the next 24 hours I would post this and see he was on last night and didn't reply so here is my follow up. Just a heads up guys about this seller...

This is his second time not sending out the cards purchased. I purchased these from him:

NT FS RPA, patches

"National Treasures
Autos /99

Jeremy Kerley 4
Mark Herzlich 6

Colt Mccoy 1
Willis Mcgahee 2
Ronnie Lott 4

Torrey Smith dual jersey /99 3"

And never received them. I have opened a paypal dispute to get my $20 refunded for this. I don't take stealing lightly and don't have a choice but to do this.

this is getting horrible. i used to hate these call outs but now it opens my eyes on who to avoid. im glad paypal has the buyers covered. sorry about your problems.

I think I just pulled a $1000-$2000 card, but I need help

need to get rid of this TT Demarco Auto Patch 1/1

Same guy that pulled this and then his "LCS" sold it on ebay a couple of times, once to a member here. He never got it. LCS says clown did not send it and clown blames LCS.

If you look through the member section maybe you can find the thread.

I would not deal with him for cards for free.

So IMO he has been questionable long before this.

Another one to the iggy list. Is there a cap on how many members your ignore list can hold? Mine is getting quite full.

Mods this member has been on the forum since this was posted and I've been contacted by other members of the forum about the same issues...him selling cards and not shipping them out. What is the proper process of banning a member here? This is his 2nd p7ubic strike against him just wondering if there was anything you can do to help with this situation? Thanks

Well I got contacted by this member today after he ignored this thread all week. Here is the exchange we just had. Sad really he doesn't care what people think of him like this. I would recommend staying far away from this one

Not deserved but I wouldn't deal anyone that has any negatives on itrader PERIOD. Maybe check on them the next time to want to make a deal. JM 2 cents.

I am pals with the owner of the LCS and this is 100% true. Owner trusted this member with his eBay account to sell on consignment because the owner was out of town on other business. Card sells and then the owner (ZachLevy) won;t answer his phone and refused to send it. He then emptied his paypal account and the LCS owner was on the hook for over $600 in sold cards. The LCS owner did the right thing and refunded the money out of his own pocket.
