Default 7 Days with no DC# and no communication- Time to Open a Disbute??
Paid the guy on the 23rd. Haven't heard a lick from him after he told me he'd get it out the next day. Hasn't responded to my 2 PMs. Also, has a checkered past here to say the least. It was over a year ago and I'm all about second chances, but I gotta bad vibe here.....................

File a dispute
Even if they card arrives or even if it doesnt, the dispute only sets the ducks in a row and more often than not, will usually prompt contact from the other party fairly quickly

He has not been on here since the 23rd at 11:30ish a.m. I know how you feel as I had a similar experience with someone on here. I waited about 20 days and finally opened a dispute. Good luck Paypal refunded me so hopefully they will do the same for you!!

Since I made a thread, its only fair to follow up. Righteousmike did get back to me the day I opened a disbute and sent what I paid for. It was well packaged and everything I expected. He said he was busy with classes starting and sounded remorseful. I can't tell you guys to deal with him or not to deal with him, but he ended up following through. Just informing the public.....Thanks!
