Doesn't matter paypal will refund him then go after the account holder regardless & they will go after him for it any way they can.

He's screwed if he does that. NEVER PAY GIFT EVER!

ESPECIALLY FOR A HIGH DOLLAR DEAL LIKE THIS ONE, & To the gift payer report him to paypal as a scammer anyway so they can freeze his account. They will take action regardless.

No offense, but I think we all know what's going on. I sent the guy $925 for 2 cards have now been "sold" multiple times.

And I won't post any info. I'm not the type of person to extract internet justice. This guy knows what he's done and wil lget what's coming to him.

Pretty sure he already transferred some of the money. He also spent a bunch last night on Blogtv in a Museum group break.

I have done a ton of breaks with him and thought he was a good guy. Apparently I was wrong. I did think it was curious that he had started to spend so much money recently. He bought over $1000 in boxes at his LCS and has dropped well over that in group breaks in the last week as well.

I did not hear that one.

I know he's been online though, his account is active on here at least once a day, so I don't know why he wouldn't respond if he was on.

SO obviously you know the guy. I would suggest you talk some sense into him, before the police do.

Maybe my definition of "good feedback" is higher than others, but the guy joined last month (April 2012). It takes longer than 1-2 months to establish "good feedback" IMO, let alone build up enough trust to trade with someone or sent PayPal gift (which I wouldn't do regardless of how long someone was a member here or what their feedback said).

He may not have been in the hospital, but with the THOUSANDS of dollars he's ripped off from folks here, I bet a lot of us would want to put him there...

that would confirm for me he's a lying sack of BLEEP then... I filed for my money back.

I also put a nice little disclaimer on there.... I said if he tried to ship me a package post dated after I filed that claim I would open it on camera and when/if I didn't find what I paid for inside the package I would sue him and have him arrested :-)
