TigerBloood has been banned based on the multiple claims made (although much more effective is one this goes in the Member section - and 2 I'm contacted). If you guys had deals with him please let me know the details (cards you were getting cards/payment he was getting - everything - email address or mailing address used, player/brand/year/serial number etc). With the serial numbers should be pretty easy to figure this out one. This way we can see who is where. If this ends up being a huge misunderstanding we can undo whats been done.

Please file your payment claims and if needed USPS Postal Claim for mail fraud. Might also be worth someone trying to contact not only your local police to submit a report, and then making sure that copy gets send to his local police department and everyone contact the same officer to get this user shut down completely.

Since it deal with mailing things, it could very easily be a felony. Since the postal service is a federal agency, any crime involving it is a felony. Dropping a little government teacher knowledge on you right now.

Just for clarification.... this is 100% a scam for anyone that was on the fence. The Josh Bell gold auto that was BGS 9.5 that he sent me a scan of, was already sold on eBay. I contacted the seller and he is not TigerBloood and told me the seller has not paid. He even gave me he phone number to talk about it. So, for anyone on the fence, I think this is a stamp of proof.

The amounts involved in these thefts constitutes felony charges, I highly suggest filing police reports, he could get prison time.

Any theft over $500 is a felony, so this guy has a couple of those racked up easily.

Yes he is. I'm not looking at any charges. I am as clean as a whistle.

As far as we can tell based on IP's, no. I know that is easy to get around if you try, but from what I have read so far, nothing leads me to believe he was. But again, he could have us fooled.

I feel for all that have been screwed. But, for crying out loud, this deuche had no real track record and for some to send him $1K is quite irresponsible.

I sent him $3 for a card, and have yet to see it.... lol. It's not $1,000 but still, first time on this board to run into it. When I asked him for a DC / Did he ship, he said it came back to him with a wrong address...yeah right.

I know things run in 3's, he was my 3. Had one person not ship, 10 days later they refunded me saying they couldn't find the cards, and had another send me the wrong card, but at least they were cool and shipped the right one right away, and told me to keep the wrong one.

All were low $ transactions, but still...

before it had been proven of any wrong doing... yes. Once it's 100% proven he is guilty (which still has not occurred but he looks pretty bad) then I would have no issue with it.

I hope it all works out for everyone envolved. Everyone should get their money back from paypal but those who sent cards will most likely have to persue further actions. If thats really his facebook looks to be a kid whos going to have some really ticked off parrents.
Would have been crazy if you guys did a trade... would have been hard to tell which of you got scammed?

Well he seems to have stopped responding to my emails. Still hoping for the best, but who knows at this point.
