I have just been in contact with paypal.. my $650 has been returned to me and I have been informed Paypal IS filing any criminal charges against tigerbloood they can. Paypal is "very aware" of the situation as the agent informed me, and will ensure everyone gets their money back that was processed on paypal.

Paypal will write it off. They are just blowing smoke of that is in fact what they said. Normally you just get a form email saying you won the case. I wish they would do something but they never do

While I was explaining what happened to the agent she looked at tigerbloood's account and simply went "wooooooah"... they said paypal had flagged that account for what were going on and was "already on top of it" (going on to explain how they will pursue them to he fullest extent)...

could be smoke up my butt while refunding my money.. but who knows.. I hope what she said was the truth.

I got my card back today. I had to send UPS to go pick it up, and I warned him via facebook that if he didn't give it back, i'd call the cops on him. Figured there was an almost 0% chance it worked, but what the hell. Yesterday in the mail. Bingo. Drose Topps Signature auto bgs 9.5/10. same serial number and everything. Guy is still an #@#@#@#@#@#@#@, but for the time being im happy about this
