Does ANYONE have or have started a eBay MASTER List of NPB's?

NPB (Non Paying Buyers), UPI (Unpaid Buyers)...Whatever you call them...



I am getting about 3-5 a month and really pisses me off, yeah you get the FVF fees back, but still have paid to list and then re-list. I understand, not much money, but time,effort blah blah...

I was wondering if someone has a MASTER list, we as eBay sellers, could add the entire list (Delineated by commas) to BLOCKLIST...

I just read an article that a gentleman went to small claims court for 3 buyers from his state and he won all 3. (2 didn't show up). So there is

Unfortunately the number of NPB's on ebay is, for all intents & purposes, limitless.

somebody with the know-how should start a website that keeps track of confirmed non paying bidders, suspected scammers, bad sellers, etc etc

rdemaio55 is currently actively buying on ebay and opening alot of non-receipt cases against sellers. You should block immediately or report him if he's bought something from you.
