Default Question about time for delivery.

I bought some cards from a member kingzofcardz....

He had one negative and all positives up until now... He just got one from a guy for 3 weeks no delivery....

I bought/paid evening of 7/16, it is the 7/24.

I sent a PM regarding DC# etc, no reply....

What is the general proper amount of time to wait to file a PP claim....????

I would have expected by today at the latest, for all domestic shipments...(even with a 2 day delayed mailing window)...

Any idea guys???

After 8 days and no contact plus two negatives today for non-shipment. It's a no brainer Bob, open claim now and immediately escalate. Gl

He appears to have uploaded shipping information into PP and electronic label was from yesterday?????

But DC# not been processed into USPS, will check in morning to see if electronically put in system.

I am not happy, this is my first, "Problem"...

Then I will proceed with "prosecution" and "procurement" of misappropriated funds...

I just left him a neutral myself. I felt it wasn't fair to other members not to leave at least a neutral. It took over 2 weeks for him to ship the card, he did throw in an extra but still. I got no replies to pms and had to have a mutual buddy ask him about it at a card show in person to get him to ship. I mean I understand ppl get busy but if your that busy don't sell cards online. But best of luck to ya bud.

I paid for his Shipping price, it is a service. You pay for a service, it should be delivered. (No Pun intended)....

But the 3 cards I bought, label printed, leave in mail box, mail person will pick up, not rocket science....
I know life can get in the way, but time to scan cards and list, should have equal time to pack and ship too.....

Update... He finally PM'd me back and said went out today. We will see if it DC updates with USPS......

I will proceed with caution....

He has message me 2x already....Says was honest mistake. including the 2 negatives, I finally got confirmation that USPS has my package. (6 pm tonight)

So we will see in 2 days....

Still I paid on the 7/16 and hoped for by last Saturday, maybe will here by this Saturday...

Thanks to all who voiced support/concern, buy from them, they SHIP the GOOD STUFF FAST....

And to all that have or are having problems or did, sorry.

We will see in a few days...
