Ebay non paying bidder's to block

Block Ebay ID: usmcloady

He bid on a 1/1 cut auto from A&G and won. He e-mailed me right after the auction to tell me he would pay within 4 days. After 7 days I messaged him with no response and today I closed the NPB. This is the same guy cutting out the players pictures on A&G boxes and selling them. I hope this guy isn't USMC because he has no integrity.
