I won't buy from him again, so just an FYI. It is up to you of course.

Bought card on Aug 5th with BIN paid right away. Never marked as shipped, no message from seller. Sent 2 message to him via ebay no response. Today I opened up the old "resolve a problem" on ebay. Within 20 minutes I heard back. Basically "sorry I didn't get the message, item was shipped on Aug 11th". First 6 days to ship is not cool. I asked for a DC and of course he doesn't have one. Still no card, I will give it another 2 days.
