In case you have forgotten, this is the fellow who received the wrong sealed product from an online seller - admitted he knew it was the wrong product on his video - and then opened it anyway so that the seller could not restock it. Then laughed about how he was going to demand a refund and keep the product he opened in a thread on here (now deleted).

Haha what Houdini? They sent me a package that was worth dramatically less than what I paid and then contacted them and they said they would send me the original package and let me keep the other one.

You opened a package you knew was sent you by error. You claimed it was an "accident." You said you were not going to return the autographed mini bat, but that you wanted the full size bat sent to you also.

Are you saying this is not true?

When you contacted them, were you honest or did you claim to have "accidentally" open the first one?

You agree to send card back today, only because I put you on blast. Received no PM's about you returning card. Your obviously a liar because you told me you had been in contact with the seller and card was shipped and I would have it by the end of the week. I shipped the wrong cards I received on my own dime with DC the next day. I understand mistakes happen so I agreed to help him out and he agreed he would make sure my card was sent in return. He can claim he is not at fault and tried to make things right BUT, he chose to dodge my PM's and not hold up his end. I am a pretty chill guy and understand that he cannot control what the other guy does, but to make things right why not offer to ship me my card back or replace the screw up with a different card of equal value.

That's the story in short.

You couldn't wait more than 10 hours for a response when I wasn't on here? Get over yourself. I did agree to send you the card back! And I had contacted him. You can say all you want but the facts are this:

I sent the wrong packages out(my bad). I contacted both of you, EVEN sent an additional 2.50 to the other guy and was told that both packages were shipped. Not much else I can do. And then when you contact me one more time I don't instantly respond to your PM so you put me on blast? Nice job buddy. I made a mistake and did everything I could to fix it. And missed your PM by a few hours. Sorry man you don't need to do this and try and say I didn't try to make it right.

To Houdini:
