Default need help with a member on here...

not calling out yet but about to leave a negative. i bought this card over 6 weeks ago and went on vacation for a while. the guy didn't have the right address so pmed me. i got back to him 4 weeks later because i had no internet use there. he's said it was ok and hed ship the card in a week or so. that was over 3 weeks ago. he then promised last monday and still haven't received card. i keep pm'ing him and threatening to file a negative and he just won't answer. it shows he's been online tonight and it been a week of pm'ing and no response. can someone please tell me what to do in this case? i spent $32 paypal and should i request a refund over paypal or talk to a moderater or what? I completely don't know what to do cause this is my first time with a buying problem. please help me!

Talk to a moderator. Either pskell02 or iluvfish2, and see what they can do for you.

For future reference, this is always what you should be doing instead of making a thread like this.

Are they online? You only gave them like 10 minutes.

They don't work 24 hours a day. You may have to wait until tomorrow for them to get back to you.

If his time frames are acurate, I think he's beyond the time frame in which he can file a claim.
