Default So general consensus - Negative feedback worthy?

Ask about a card that's been for sale for almost a month, guy gives you best price. You accept, pay immediately. Then 10 minutes later the guy lets you know that he can't find the card and would let you know if he found it. Then guy says he will just refund you.

Is this neg worthy? Deal was done, money was paid.

I think it's seller's remorse and him not understanding what card he was selling until after the fact.

Kinda peeved. Kinda on the fence about it. Thoughts?

give him a couple days see if he can find, it has been a month but if he is a collector/dealer he should store and know where all cards are.

beg to differ on that one...mainly because I have so many piles of cards that are waiting to be put in the appropriate boxes, but occasionally get moved from here to there...if its a card i haven't seen in a while though, i'll usually tell the buyer i need to make sure i still ahve it before i send my paypal address
