On 8/31 I accepted a best offer from him for one of my cards. I've contacted him, saying if he needs extra time to just let me know but I've received no response. I plan on filing a NPB claim today (first time), so just wanted to let others know about him.

I may be jumping the gun, but his feedback (last feedback from May):

"NEGATIVE! WOULD NOT PAY!"

"Sellers avoid Horrible ebayer No Payment No communication.."

"Contacted 3 times never responded-complaint to Ebay-BUYER BEWARE"

just filed my first NPB and the guy ended up paying. i'm sure i'm in for a SNAD next.

Probably same, and if not that, a negative for shipping slowly. After all, he did "buy" the card on 8/31.

If he paid throuh ebay checkout then the case should be automatically closed.
