but figured it was now in the wrong spot to look at "questionable activities by nyauthenticink"

for those looking for some good deals to fill in gaps in collection, charles was the go to guy. there was fast safe shipping. paypal invoices were completely filled (w tracking number). that all changed w recent BO / ebay transactions.

never ever use paypal gift. (i did not - not sure if everyone taken on this ride was safe) ..
on top of that caution - i suggest next time use a connected credit card for payment to be able to complain to the credit card company (along w paypal) for undelivered items.
good luck to all dealing w this headache.

A real shame what has/is happening here. Charles gave great deals. To have his accounts everywhere at once go off the deep end like this.

yeah real shame as he worked about 6 months to build rep on ebay / here / facebook .. 2 of the 3 are now squat

and still no refund or purchased item or UPS tracking #

update - paypal posted in the dispute area that the seller nyauthenticink / charles has til 9/21 to respond .. way to go paypal to give out my $ as a loan for another week

he completed a sale on facebook according to a poster there

I've been buying for Charles for quite a while actually. . . I think he may have initially contacted me from my website, but I'm trying to remember if I actually 'met' him on a board somewhere. . .

After dealing with him for so long I was really surprised to see him trying to rip people off.

Mike Nauer that supposedly confirmed getting the rourke on the NY authe page is a member here but I cant remember his BO ID.

Call me crazy but if you sell here, and sell it on ebay, and then sell it on facebook, that says ALOT about the seller. Mind you I dont have a horse in this race but he did 2nd chance me on some of that, which I didnt bite on.

Makes me wonder how much of that on ebay was shilled etc.

@BC .. im not there yet; several more things to get done - once pp closes case will be contacting cc company; then looking up what's been posted in other threads - post office fraud / ups fraud / internet business fraud / facebook .. to see how to do it .. it may be too much of a hassle - but if not i'll spend some time .. im missing out on dc set while this scammer has my cash (for about 3 weeks) .. good thing leaf wrestling got pushed back lol

@nscf -- weird .. w all my bumping and posting about this scammer, i thought any BO member would NOT miss nyauthenticink is a scammer .. guess mike doesnt visit this site often enough to know who he is dealing with

@nscf .. mike i guess is an innocent customer .. good thing he received card from facebook deal .. bad though it was from a sale already done here on BO

on the phone w pp .. dispute closed and i rec funds.

asked for those that might have done a personal payment or gifted - call pp, explain full situation, seller recent attempt to scam multiple buyers, have pp look at recent open/closed disputes for charles carroll - "pp is there/here to help its customers - dont like scammers as it hurts everyone"
