Default Block this DB if you want.. Ebay

I don't do Sport Cards anymore really, so you may never run into this buyer. This buyer purchased 2 brand new Remington clips - they come direct from manufacture. He claims they were used, and we don't sell any used items. I also shipped these myself - they were brand new.

He ended up opening a case against me. The items are now on their way back to me. I'm waiting to get his old ones and then give him a forced refund... That would make me out over $200 with parts and money...

Really can't wait for the website to be launched and done with this crap.

Oh yeah - probably be my first negative ever, it only took 14 years!

Dear bam-fusion,

the 2 mags i bought are used and not new as stated in your add... both smell of burn powder and have scraches and dirt along the sides where they go into the rifle..i i would like a refund of 2o dollars 10 for each mag as they are used or i will take full refund .. you can see that the packages that they are in have been open before they got to mee.. even when i open the package when i got home i could smell the burnt power..

- nachodog666

Dear nachodog666,

Hello,
First - I apologize. I do not sell used items so I am confused on how I ended up with them from the distributor. Can you send me pictures please? My e-mail is .

Thank you,
Byron

- bam-fusion

Dear bam-fusion,

nope i am not sending pictures that was your job before i bought them ...so what do you want to do 20 refund for both or i will send them back for a full refund and you can take your own picture when you get them and smell the burnt powder

Dear nachodog666,

Hello,
We strive to satisfy all customer needs and hopefully we can satisfy yours. We have excellent customer service and I believe our feedback represents that. I do personally remember packaging these up, and nothing looked wrong to me or they wouldn't have gone out. We respectfully ask for some pictures of the wear to the magazines.

Regards,
Byron

- bam-fusion

Dear bam-fusion,

ok now i want to return for FULL REFUND .. and i will file a claim.. i am not going to take picture that is your job

Ya, this one upset me a lot, however I try to have really good customer service through any of these situations. Hopefully we will be able to remove our business away from ebay soon. We still had around 2,000+ items to list on there - however I think I will just wait for the website to launch and go that route.

Get in contact with Ebay and show them the partial feedback extortion he tried to use.

I'm sure a $60 item is worth a lot less than $50 if it were used as he said.

Do NOT back down from Ebay and Paypal.

Keep calling and harassing them.

What a douche.

just read a thread about this ..
it was suggested to reply w a note that u videotape all packages and just wanted to know how to proceed .. something to put the ball in their court to escalate the lies and attempt to steal from the seller (by requesting all or partial refund) or just go away

tried to search but couldnt find that post .. someone might be able to help find it
good luck

I'll raise all hell if I receive used magazines back. Spokane PD will get a call from me. I don't care if I'm wasting people's time - it will make me feel better.

We simply do NOT have used parts on our shelf.

This is his latest. I talk to Ebay this morning - they pretty much told me that since they don't have the package in hand, they can't help me. When I called yesterday - they said they might be able to help when he drops the negative.

Dear bam-fusion,

will as you see ebay ruled in my favor thanks for escalating the claim to ebay.. it seemed you guys did not want to make this right..so I will be returning the USED mags for a FULL REFUND and I will leave a feedback but it is not what your going to like have a great day

Sir,
We honestly don't understand the hostility. We fully expect a negative feedback due to the tone we have received through out this.W e do not sell used products though. We are direct with the manufacture and have the invoices to provide it. They do not sale used magazines as it is against their policy also. I stand by my comments and our customer service.

Regards,
Byron

What website are you speaking of? Is it a website that is gonna allow sellers to refuse refunds to unhappy customers?

hey B
ask him politely of course if he made multiple purchases of similar mags .. he might be mixing urs up w another seller ..

( read that one too in another thread .. seller getting buyer claim .. then the buyer realized he was fighting the wrong seller )

We are in the process of launching our companies website (tactical and hunting supplies). We do offer returns - and we have a policy for them. In 14 years I've never received a negative, so I like to think we keep our customers happy.

However, when it comes to partial returns - I like a little more than someones word. Like I said before - we do not sell used items.

I dare someone to buy a TV from walmart, then call them up on the phone and tell them to send them a $300 check because the TV is scrached up, and no they will not bring it in or provide any evidence that it is damaged. Im willing to bet you will be hung up on lol.

Launching your own website is the way to go. I hope that works for you. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do that as well. Choosing a host, which services to buy, finding ways to attract buyers, etc.

I think so too. I know a gentlemen who has a pretty good sized business, and got some solid advice from him. His fee's are minimal compared to selling on Ebay - so I'm actually excited to move in that direction. Next week I sit down with the web designer to pick the layout.

I have had this pulled on me a few times as well. There is no way the seller will ever win a case like this. I do hate ebay because of all the scams, but have to use it in order to have any kind of exposure. I feel for you.

Maybe finding that picture will change his tune. That, or telling him you'll alert the FBI to the massive arsenal he must be putting together.

Having to provide customer service is great until you find out how many scum sucking Fs are out there.

I have run into this problem on Ebay before as well. What gets me is that the person is wayyyy to stuck on themselves to even send you a picture. Ridiculous.

I don't do youtube videos - and I was nervous as all hell. I tried to do it all on the fly and it didn't come out very well.

I also can't believe I sound like that...

I'm happy I'm not a lowlife like this clown. I popped his name and e-mail in the good old Google search bar... This guy's life is literally all over the internet. His employer, the band he's in (he's a drummer and in his 50's), and has some nice custom bikes for sale.

But that's not my style - but I'm sure the next guy he pisses off might not be like me...
